Highwater Title
Wearing highwater jeans can cause your socks to show since they are too short.
The Denim Culprit
Highwater jeans are jeans with a short inseam. This look generally happens to taller people who have a hard time finding jeans that fit their waist and their inseam. The term high-water was coined after wearing jeans that looked as if you were purposely raising your jeans up while going through a flood or an area with ‘high water’ to avoid getting them wet.

Style Fix
High-water jeans normally make your legs look shorter and your hips look wider. When shopping for jeans, always take into account the inseam length and not just the hip and waist fit. If you can’t find jeans that have the appropriate inseam length and waist size, we recommend custom jeans like indi’s to ensure a perfect fit.
