Exchange Process

  1. First, log into your account and then click on "satisfaction guarantee" on the footer.
  2. Enter your serial number in the space provided and click "submit"
  3. Fill out the Exchange Survey to receive your Exchange Authorization Code.
  4. To place a re-order, go to your Digital Closet, find the order in your history and click on "reorder with changes". Make the necessary adjustments to your order and add to cart.
  5. Enter your exchange code in at checkout so you are not charged for the reorder.
  6. Please package your order and affix the return label provided with your packing slip to the box and ship to: RETURNS PROCESSING CENTER, INDi, 5515 Doyle St., Suite #15, EMERYVILLE, CA 94608. Write the Exchange Authorization Code in the space provided on your packing slip. You may return the garment by any carrier service you like; unfortunately we are unable to cover the return shipping costs.
  7. While you may place your re-order as soon as your Exchange Code is available, new garments will not ship to you until your return has been processed by INDi.

Return Policy

Custom garments cannot be returned for a refund. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom purchase. We aim for a good fit on your first purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will re-make your garment with the fit and/or style changes you require at no additional order charge.

Fit is a very personal thing and while we get it right most of the time, we want you to be absolutely happy. Our re-order tool allows you to make adjustments to modify the fit of your garment.

Exchange Form

After you have logged in, you will see a form below in which to enter your serial number. This will initiate the exchange process. You will be asked to complete a brief survey, subsequently receive your exchange code, and be able to proceed to your digital closet and complete the re-order process. Any questions?
