How does the custom clothing order process work?
There are 3 ways to shop for customized jeans. You can shop based on styles recommended for your body type, you can shop from our designers seasonal recommendations, or you can shop full custom and design your own jean from scratch. If you shop by body type or by selected styles, you can enter your standard size and inseam and buy on the spot, or you can customize any aspect of the style or fit of that jean.

If you’re shopping full custom, you’ll use our jean configurator to create your new favorite pair of jeans. Don’t worry, it’s easy and we’ll guide you through each step of designing your jeans. Next, you will input your measurements and answer some questions about your body shape. If you are unsure about how to measure yourself, help information is provided. Upon completion and payment of your order, we'll commence production and ship your custom garment directly to you in approximately four weeks.


What is a re-order?
When you order a garment at INDi, we create and store a unique pattern just for you, making it quick and easy to place additional orders, which we call re-orders. All you have to do is login to your Digital Closet where you’ll find a history of your prior jeans orders. You can choose to re-order the exact same item or change the fabric and style options to make a totally new style of jean that still has the same great fit. You can also use the re-order feature to make fit adjustments to improve the fit of a garment you have previously received.

How do I measure myself?
Use a soft tape measure and make sure the tape fits snugly against your skin. Refer to the specific instructions within the configurator or on our “Find your Fit” page for information about where on your body to take measurements. We recommend taking measurements twice to ensure accuracy.
Some of the fit questions seem odd. Why are you asking them?
We ask you for information about body shape and sizes you typically purchase. Together with the measurements you provide, these answers help us to determine your general body type which allows us to custom fit the garment specifically for you.

What if my clothing arrives and it doesn't fit?
Fit is a very personal thing and while we get it right most of the time, we want you to be absolutely happy. That's why we offer our Satisfaction Guarantee, and we'll make any fit and style adjustments you require at no additional charge until you are satisfied. We make this happen using our re-order technology, which enables us to modify the first pattern we created for you. We, then make a completely new product with the changes you specify. And once we’ve got the pattern for your new favorite pair of jeans, we store it for you in your online Digital Closet so that you'll be able to re-order your chosen fit again and again. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

What is your ship time?
Your order will ship approximately four weeks after it is processed. We always strive to exceed this estimate and often do, but we occasionally require a longer lead time to ensure your garment meets our strict quality standards.

Where do you ship?
We ship to countries listed below. We can ship to PO Boxes and APOs. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Taxes may be charged at time of delivery for international orders.

How will my order ship?
We ship all of our domestic and international orders with USPS Priority Mail.

How can I track my order?
Once your garment has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. It does take a few days for tracking information to be undated on USPS.com.

What is your return policy?
Custom garments cannot be returned for a refund; however, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom purchase. We aim for a good fit on your first purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will re-make your garment with the fit and/or style changes you require. No additional order charges will be incurred unless you select more expensive style options. In order to exchange a garment, please complete our Exchange Authorization form. Once your Exchange has been approved, we will issue you an Exchange Code directly so that you may place a re-order with fit and/or style adjustments. Enter the Exchange Authorization Code in the space provided on your packing slip and send your order back to us using the return label included with your packing slip. You may return the garment by any carrier service you like; unfortunately we are unable to cover the return shipping costs. In order to receive an exchange garment, returns must be unworn and be received by INDi within 30 days of the delivery date.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has started production, it is not possible to change it. Please contact us and where possible we will try to accommodate changes if your order has not already been sent to manufacturing.

What is your privacy policy?
We consider your privacy to be very important. We do not share your personal information with third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy.

What if I am under 18?
You must be 18 years of age or older to make a purchase from our website. If you are under 18 and would like to purchase INDi jeans, please ask your parent or guardian to place an order for you using their account.

I have lost my password and can't sign in. What do I do?
If you have lost your password, click here and we will send you an email with your password. Your password will be sent to the email address you provided when you created your account.

If I agree to receive emails what should I expect?
From time to time, we will let you know of new products and options available at INDi as well as notify you of any special promotions. If you opt to receive any of INDi's optional promotional materials, you will be able to unsubscribe from these materials through your account profile or through the emails we send you.

Where are your garments made?
Our jeans are manufactured in Mexico.
